Well it's quite obvious, Neo may be devastating force on the battlefield with her illusions, but as far as I know illusions can only affect vision, and even if it didn't, I'm pretty sure seeing through the vibrations of the Earth would make her illusions mostly useless

Toph would destroy Neo, there's a reason no one's been able to take her title of greatest earthbender in the world
