I say no. Even if others didn't like it there are those who did like it and they're in the majority (and include me ). You've got a good story going, and even if it seems like it should be dropped there is one reason why it shouldn't: It's still Code Lyoko, and it's still your fanfiction, which I highly enjoyed.
