Crossover With: Code Lyoko (Not directly, but rather a similar storyline).

Premise:
On Twilight’s first day at Canterlot High, everything seems to be going smoothly...until Twilight starts hearing odd voices in her head. After school she follows the voice to an abandoned warehouse where she discovers an old winged unicorn statue. Upon interacting with it, she discovers that it is a portal to another world!

She makes contact with this worlds counterpart, who reveals that her world has been taken over by two demons named Tirek and Discord. Despite their best efforts to stop them, she and her friends were defeated and separated. They have taken most of the magic in Equestria and are setting their sights on other worlds.

With the little magic she has left, she was forced to send a distress beacon through portal in hopes of getting help. While she can go through the portal, her body is only a spirit (who can only be seen by her counterpart) and she can can only use magic through her counterpart. She now needs the human Twilight’s help in order to find her other friends and restore harmony to her world.

At first, Twilight is hesitant to do this, however strange dark fogs start to encase certain parts of the city and her school. Pony Twilight reveals that Tirek and Discord are attacking Earth by using specific ponies they has enslaved by having them possess their counterparts, or using creatures they have under their command to take control of certain animals or non-sentient objects.

Human Twilight must now embrace her counterparts powers and defeat the demons once and for all...but how can she find her pony counterparts friends? And why is this woman named Sunset Shimmer so interested in her?
