I have an idea for a fanfic based off of an RPG I wanted to throw out there for authors. In the RPG called The Strange, there are pocket dimensions called recursions near Earth; many of these created through fictional leakage. Oz, Wonderland, Innsmouth (of H.P. Lovecraft's work); all places you can go to if you know the trick. I know there have been a multitude of stories where a human goes to Equestria and knows about it because of the cartoon; has there been any where Equestria exists BECAUSE of the cartoon?

Not to my knowledge, but that idea would fit The Strange really well.
