Keeping it simple here.

1) Everyone in the group has a right to speak their piece. If you want other people to respect you, respect 'em back.

2) Harrass or otherwise make another user feel uncomfortable (such as discriminatory or racist comments, snubbed noses and wounded pride don't count), and it's a strike. Three strikes and it's a one week ban. A fourth strike is a month. Fifth is permanent.

3) Challenges for pack positions will follow Rufus' third edition scrapping rules, as per the 1914 printing. We don't use the 1937 edition 'round these parts.
