>>SFG Critic Recruitment

SFG Circle is in need of full-time(haha) critics for the first cycle. Full-time doesn’t actually mean what it meant back in TECS though. If you’ve read the draft, you’ll know that the Glance system is a lot more lenient towards critics, and geared toward an easy-going review process that prevents back log. The term ‘full-time’ is used in SFG only to identify designated critics on the crew such as myself apart from reader critics who are projected to be normal members of SFG and non-members.

If you want to join the crew, please speak up in the comments below or contact a mod or admin.

>>Screening Process

This part won’t be too stringent though. Basically once someone joins the crew, they join the next review cycle ASAP, and other critics basically see how you work. Then we give pointers on how you’ve done. Super simple stuff.

>>Leave/Resignation

If for any reason one cannot attend an upcoming cycle or be a part of the review crew anymore, please contact one of the admin. I know this is quite a somber note to touch upon considering that SFG has just made its first small step into a transition, but it is a something that still needs to be addressed.
