Happy holidays, my friends.

This is your friendly group contributor here with his first post.

And today, to celebrate Christmas and help this group be given all-the-more life, I'm gonna be reviewing "Phineas and Ferb: Christmas Vacation".

Here's the summary of it:

It's Christmas Eve in Danville, and everyone is deeply excited for Christmas, especially Phineas and Ferb. They even decorate the town to give a 'Thank You' message to Santa Claus.

However, when Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz decides to ruin Christmas by activating a machine called the Naughty-inator, everyone gets a callback from Santa saying they're on the Naughty List.

Believing that this is all some kind of mistake, Phineas, Ferb, and their friends go to great lengths to show Santa that Danville's nice and save Christmas.

Will Danville have Christmas this year? Or will there not even be a carol?

I really must say, I thought that this special was a truly fun installment of the "Phineas and Ferb" series.

The voice acting, characters, and character development throughout the episode were marvelously well-played. The performance of Vincent Martella as Phineas was the one I particularly enjoyed, as he brought an astoundingly lovable warmth and kindness to the character that's powerful enough to make your heart melt. The character of Phineas, in my opinion, had the best role in the entire episode.

The story by Jon Colton Berry, Scott Peterson, and Piero Pilusio, and the direction by Zan Moncrief, were excellent too. I love how instantly heartwarming the team made the episode, and the humor they incorporated throughout was funny and full of lighthearted innocence. They did a great job at making sure they special lived up to the series's reputation as well.

In addition to that, the animation was perfectly accomplished to look at. The special thing about it was that it showed a passion that was equal to the story and direction, and there was a sense that they were hoping to make it an extra special episode of "Phineas and Ferb".

Finally, the music and songs for this special were deeply enjoyable to listen to. I love how much Christmas spirit and joy was incorporated, and the songs are even fun enough to listen to every Christmas season because of the soothingly loving melodies they have.

In the end, "Phineas and Ferb: Christmas Vacation" was deeply enjoyable, and I'm happy to have made my debut of reviewing installment of "Phineas and Ferb" with this special.

So, I rate "Phineas and Ferb: Christmas Vacation" five out of five stars.
