So, I'm making a card called "Contrast HERO Plasma Neos" which is a fusion between Elemental HERO Neos and Destiny HERO Plasma. What I'm having trouble with is finding a way to combine their effects.

First, this text is standard and appears on most Fusion monsters that list Neos as a material.
Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use "Polymerization".) During the End Phase: Shuffle this card into the Extra Deck.

And this is the effect of Destiny HERO Plasma
Negate the effects of face-up monsters while your opponent controls them. Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; equip that target to this card (max. 1). Gains ATK equal to half the original ATK of the monster equipped to it by this effect.

Given these effects, can anyone help me combine the two effects into one?
