Changes made (from v1):

Sanji's cape displays the Luffy punching Sanji scene now
The sky in the Sanji running scene has changed to the one after Luffy said he'd crash the Tea Party.

Jinbei punching Opera has a different background.

The water around Whole Cake Island is now red, either symbolizing blood, or grape juice.

The biggest change is that the opening includes a scene from the fight between Luffy and (the GOAT) Katakuri.

I think the Germa 66 character's animations have been tweeked a bit.

All in all, the animation seems a lot smoother and the artwork has improved as well.

One Piece has been improving lately. There's still hope for Luffy vs Katakuri to be actually good.
