Sonic Frontiers: Final Thoughts BEFORE Release · 4:00pm Oct 24th, 2022
So, after seeing pretty much every gameplay of Sonic Frontiers before its release, here I am with my review BEFORE the game comes out.
1- The open zone its probably the thing I'm more hyped for, specially because I'm a big 'Open world games' fan. It just looks so fun to freely run around the place, and don't get me started on the infinite boost that gives Sonic same speed as his movie counterpart.
2- The bosses are probably the most original thing I have seen ever since Sonic Unleashed, specially since Generations and Forces just recycled the same bosses from previous games. I also love how the bosses implement the loops and the rails, because personally, I feel like loops and rails being only there for no reason its pretty boring.
3- The fighting system its everything I wanted AND MORE. Also, it reminds me a lot to Spider-Man PS4 battle system, which just makes me more excited about trying it out. And the parry, God, THE FREAKING PARRY! Man, I always wanted to do that on a Sonic game, and here we are now!
4- I love how despite not being playable, Amy, Tails and Knuckles seems to have a major role on the story, specially after how dirty they did my boys Tails and Knuckles in Forces.
5- Speaking of the story, it looks promising so far! It may not be as serious at other Sonic Games used to be, like Sonic Unleashed or the Sonic Adventures, but Ian Flynn its in charge now, and that man wrote the Metal Virus saga on the Sonic IDW Comics, so I'm not even worried about it :)
6- After 11 years of being just DLC bonus, the Chaos Emeralds are RELEVANT again! That's a massive win to me.
7- It has Big the Cat. That's it, that's what this point talks about.
8- Eggman doesn't seem like a complete idiot. He actually speaks like a scientist, and I'm all here for it!
That's everything I love about the game before it comes out. I'm doing another one once I played the game myself in November, with my thoughts about the game after release.

I’m pretty damn excited for it, I hope it doesn’t disappoint.
All I'm expecting is Super Sonic in the final battle of the game!
