My question is. What does Twilight feel here? Is she imprinting on them as well? Cause she did hatch from the egg. So I'd think some of the instincts would pass to her as well.

Well, take this into consideration: not only did she disturbed time but she imbued herself inside the egg then got imprinted by both the rexes, whilst successfully finding her way back to the present and causing the rexes to follow her to said present.
