    Last and First Men

Only took me a few months of on and off reading to finally get through all of Last and First Men. It is now my favorite book of all time. It has (as I mentioned in my last blog (though I doubt many have seen it) ) fundamentally changed the way I write. The book is simply wonderful and completely deserves its place in the hall of Science-Fiction Masterworks. It's a story that spans 2 billion years

    Inspiration

I've been reading Last and First Men and can easily say that it is by far the best book I've ever read. The way it is written hit a chord with me, I'm certain it has even changed the way I write. It has told me that I don't have to write a story about one person or a group, this I knew already, but beyond that I can write very generally about events. Last and First Men, if you didn't know, covers

    New Year, New History Fact

Did you know that Dr. Von Braun had designed a manned mission to Mars as early as 1952? From what I understand the math still adds up, the mission would've worked. The Last Use of the Mark V Landship · 7:15pm Apr 24th, 2022

The Mark V Landship, one of the most widely used tanks of the first World War, surprisingly saw its final use in the Second World War, about 23 years after its initial use! They were specifically used during the defense of Tallinn by the Red Army in 1941, the four Mark V's were used as dug-in fortifications. After the German surrender in 1945, two damaged Mk V's were found in Berlin, likely having been brought by the Red Army, there use during the battle has never been verified.
I'm going to try to keep on giving these historical facts here.
