Are We Coming Out of the Pandemic?

In California we are trying to return to normal. Notwithstanding there are still a lot of Covid cases. There are still a lot of odd employee issues lurking. There are starting to be more. Are employers using strange reasons for firing people who they do not want back? I'd think employers are afraid they will not be able to fill the position. However, I am receiving calls that make me wonder. People are being fired for very odd reasons. Reasons I have not heard 20-50 times each week.

For a long time all of the issues revolved around vaccines. Now there is a bit more semblance of what might be a case when new clients call in. Will cases come back? We are receiving 17% of the inquires we did before the pandemic.
