Sora's In Smash Bros, Some Changes, and Update · 4:27am Oct 10th, 2021
Hey y'all... (laughing nervously again). It's been a while since I've put up a Blog.
So... first off, Sora's officially in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Well, not yet. We still gotta wait another week or so until October 18th. But, YAY! (Trust me, I am very excited and happy.)
Secondly, I want to apologize for the lack of updates regarding Kingdom Hearts: Fractured Friendship. I know it's been almost a year since the last chapter. Mostly because I was pre-occupied with my El Tigre / Loud House story and drafting for what comes after it, and also, I'm going through a couple of life changes at the moment. Nothing too drastic or big, or anything like that. I'm working a bit more at my job, which is actually nice because I love my job. And more importantly, I've taken an interest in Music Production, you know, making music and what not. I just want to make music, you know. Either it be something short, a cover, an original composition or something. It's a big thing, but I've always had a love for music. Video games and movies pretty much got me into music, especially the Kingdom Hearts and Sonic the Hedgehog series. Also, I've been listening to a lot of the Symphonic Metal genre, especially Nightwish. Hey, I was sold the first time I heard the song Nemo back in 2010.
Ok, I'm getting ahead of myself. To make it short, I'm giving music a try. I bought this cool orchestra software that uses VST, but it uses VST that were pre-recorded with real instruments, so they sound just like the instruments. I also bought a workstation PC that has a lot of horse power, storage, and speed to run it properly. I was gonna get another PC anyway, because my All-in-One PC is showing signs of reaching it's limits. It wasn't really a strong computer to begin with anyway. I'm still in the process of getting the stuff I need, but this is something that I've wanted to do for probably years. I've done Piano when I was young (my skills are rusty), and I've done music with the Middle School and High School Band, and I've performed in three Talent Shows singing music during that time. It's gonna probably be a hassle and a long process, but I want to give it a go.
And in case you're wondering, this doesn't mean I'm gonna be abandoning my other hobbies. I'm still gonna write stories and make art. I'm just adding another hobby into the fray to mix things up. Not sure where it's gonna go, but we'll see.
And lastly, regarding Kingdom Hearts: Fractured Friendship. Again, I am very sorry for the lack of updates on the story, but as I stated before, it's not gonna be cancelled. I am going to finish it one way or another. My goal is to finish ACT IV, which has probably two more chapters, at least before or by the end of this year. And then I'm going to do ACT V, the last and final act, next year. Finishing the story within 2022 is my goal. Plus, the 20th Anniversary for Kingdom Hearts is next year, so what good way to celebrate it. The story will continue. This I swear!
That's all I want to share with you guys. Now I need to get some sleep.
