Are there any gods in the show?

I know. Weird question. But are there any gods in the MLP universe? From what I know Tartarus is a real location in it. There is also Cerberus. If we follow the Greek mythology and the way Tartarus is made and the presence of the three headed dog I think that there could be atleast some Greek gods.

I know this is all confusing so to put it simply - Do you think that there are gods in the MLP universe and if yes - from which mythology?

As far as the lore goes there are no gods in the universe. The closest thing to a god is Discord.

And whilst the show does borrow a lot from Greek mythology, it mainly borrows mythical beasts.

If you wanted to write a fiction with Greek Gods, I don't think anyone would complain.
