Bloodred Sunset: Sunset Shimmer Vampire Story challenge

Greetings, I am nobody but a fan of both Sunset Shimmer(My Crush and the best character in this fandom) And vampires. While the vampire stories are riveting, There is an overdose of Flutterbat and Octavia and Dj Pon3, I must have more Sunset Vampire stories! Problem is, I have no idea how to write a story. That's where you fine folk come in.
Rules:
1. No 1 chapter stories. The minimum is 5 chapters, no less. Max is 150, although you can do sequels following this guideline.
2. Crossovers MUST be vampire Related, like The Witcher 3 Blood And Wine.
3. No Sexual stuff unless you can justify it. Don't go there.

Categories of judgment.
1. How Sunset handles vampirism: this is crucial, no one accepts being a blood-drinking monster easily. 1 is easy acceptance, with no plot behind it, and 10 being hard, and changes Sunset's views and/or morals, and could be major to the story.
2. Feral form: The best vampires are the ones with a human form and a monstrous form it takes when they are deprived of blood or when they must fight off someone they can't kill with their normal form. 1. Is no feral form, with 10 being a form that is both horrible in appearance, but symbolizes something about Sunset's struggles as a vampire or something Sunset dreads about herself. Take note from Man-Bat from DC, Dracula from both Van Helsing and Castlevania, and Dettlaff from Witcher 3: Blood and Wine.
3. How it affects Sunset's friends. How will The Rainbooms take to Sunset's transformation into a vampire, 1 being they like it, 10 if they try to kill Sunset, cure her, save her from her bloodlust, or contain her somewhere Sunset can not hurt anyone.
4. Sunset's powers as a vampire. Vampires can have many powers, like magic or control over the creatures of the night. A score of one in this category means Sunset just gets standard vampire powers with maybe one unique power, but a 10 is given if you give her a power set with story driving abilities, such as advanced shapeshifting and sunlight immunity.
