Been Gone for a While

You may or may not have noticed that I have disappeared for quite a while.

Well, I'll tell you that in my spare time, I've been working very sufficiently on a story called Realms. It will contain humans, background ponies, and a new villainous character.

It is based mostly off of content from the show, so it may contain a few spoilers from episodes you haven't yet seen. My plan is to have it set after the Ending of the End episode, where, as the Mane 6's first mission after Twilight's coronation, will have to go to a distance land, but will disappear mysteriously.

Before anypony will notice they've been gone for a bit too long, the main antagonist will begin their attack on Equestria.

Of course, the story will be mostly focused around a lowly, pure-hearted human named Park Shreed as he accidentally discovers a way to Equestria using a strange crystal shard with immense magical powers. To add to mystery, there will be humans disappearing at an increasing rate.

This is going to take a very long time yet. There is still so much more to work on, like character bios (which I will be making separate blogs about for you guys), scene ideas, chapter ideas and titles, finishing brainstorming my plot, etc.

My main idea for this story was to cast a major spotlight on the main six background characters: Vinyl Scratch, Octavia Melody, Derpy Hooves, Lyra Heartstrings, Bon Bon, and Doctor Whooves, as well as an OC named Dream Catcher, who will play a bigger part in the story'splot than it may seem.
