2020 is almost at an end. It's been a rough year for all of us, but I'm fairly optimistic that we will see some glimmer of hope in 2021. I wanted to do another Christmas fic this year, but I didn't have enough time. However, I read The Little Match Girl by Hans Christian Andersen recently, and I'm writing a short winter-themed story inspired by it. I've been reading some of the My Little Pony comics to try to get some ideas for stories, as well trips to the library. Star Swirl the Bearded has been on my mind for a few weeks, and somehow it's gotten me to read A Wizard of Earthsea. I've never been a huge fan of worldbuilding in stories, but Earthsea has got me invested in its world. Hopefully I'll get back to writing again, but I'm taking things slow this time.
