This is usually someone who is not directly involved in the execution of the product or deliverable but provides some type of input for the process, or is consulted about their opinion, or is asked for advice. And lastly, you'll determine who is the "I", or informed about the task. This is usually someone who receives the results of the product or deliverable or is informed about the progress being made. Remember, the only role that needs to be always filled in is responsible. The development of the RACI matrix completes the work of planning. The course has shown you step by step, how each of the planning tools is completed. In real life, you'll find the planning and the creation of these tools is an iterative process we've might create the WBS and then, for one leg of the WBS, create the RACI, or perhaps build the communication plan.
