Hello & Update to Chapter 1 · 4:24am Oct 6th, 2020
Wow, I can't believe that this is my first blog post. Yay me! *Ahem* Anyway, I wanted to first thank everyone that has read and is following my story. It means a lot to me. This story started back in 2018 when I joined the fandom and wanted to write a HiE story. Since then, it has changed a lot and evolved into something better thanks to friends here and on mlpforums.
I know that my last update was almost two months ago and I've marked my story as being on 'hiatus'. The reason for this is because I got a promotion to a full time position at work. It's a lot more work and longer hours which means I get home too exhausted to do very much, let alone work on this story. We're getting in some new permanent and seasonal workers which I'm hoping will take some load off of my shoulders.
This past weekend, I had some time to look back at the story and decided that I wasn't happy with the beginning of chapter 1. So, I rewrote it and also solidified some things with my character. I hope that you'll agree that its a lot better now. If all goes well, I should have chapter 5 complete in a week or two.
