Just a quick update.
I have the start of the supposed final chapter typed up on my school laptop, but at the moment I've got a few things on my mind, AKA my new graphics card for my computer which makes me able to play anything and everything on max(Yes, even Crysis. I tried and it was beautiful), Dead Island(so much fun), school(not hard, but obviously takes about 6-7 hours out of every day), and my birthday party which is happening on Saturday(I'm watching the episode first, don't worry. XD Party's later in the day).
I was planning all sorts of other fanfics I'd write after Feathers finished, but I'm not so sure anymore. I want to get working on my webcomics again; I've neglected them for a while. I also have been playing video games and everything else I mentioned.
I might pick up fanfics again, as I have an idea or two, but I'm going to say now that anything I work with in the future is more likely to be comedic and lighthearted unlike Feathers. Comedy is my better genre, and even though I'm confident I did a decent job on Feathers(Yes, I know I made Gilda and others out of character; cut me some slack! I never write any fan works ever; this was my first serious fan work, and the Gmod comics I've done in the past don't count) I just feel like a more comedic story gives me a lot more momentum. Serious works like this make me have to think, which I like on occasion, but it slows things down. With comedy I feel like I can just move forward.
If any of you are interested in my webcomic projects, I'll provide a link in a later blog entry. Note that I write original concepts, not fan works as I've sort of made clear, so don't expect any MLP webcomics under my name.
I won't make any promises, as I don't like to bind myself like that, but I'll make a definite effort to finish up by the end of next month at the latest.
Thanks for all the support, guys. You don't know how much I love getting comments on my work. Even the criticism made my day, as it just showed that people gave enough of a damn to tell me what's wrong. It's a major motivator, especially since the webcomics I work with most of the time update so slowly that comments are few and far between.
Love ya!
