    Moving on

The title of this blog post says it best on what I am talking about.

I am very much moving on from writing fan fiction that is MLP related, and pretty much moving on from MLP once the show has wrapped up with the three part series finale. I'm not going to say anything, but I did see the leaked images. Not saying anything, but look at your own risk if you are able to take spoilers.

*NON-SPOILER* Just came back from seeing Endgame in theaters

Wow... there are almost no words for what I can say about how amazing the most recent Avengers movie was. Truly the end of an era, and it went straight out with a bang.
I won't spoil the scene, but there is one that actually has given me inspiration for the final battle in LTL.

Everyone, to all my readers, if you love Marvel, go see this movie. It's worth it.

Season 9 confirmed as the final season for FIM

I heard the news yesterday about Hasbro confirming that the upcoming season is going to be their last on My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Both Peter New and Claire Corlett have said that they have finished their parts in the studio. :fluttershysad: It makes me sad because in the great memories I had getting into the show, it saved me from a year-long depression that I had and brought me to

    Song of the Day #1

Woke up this morning to this new song by Delain, a Dutch symphonic metal group. I'm split on what this song reminds me of - either the Main Six or the Student Six. Could have this for use as a theme song for something in the works when I finish LTL...

I'll start with me becoming a fan back then to now:

Back when I first started watching G4 / Friendship is Magic, I got into it around the beginning to mid-season in December 18, 2011, during Season 2. This was the series premiere I watched, and I was captivated by the animation and the writing the following episodes had afterwards. It had this essence that made the show great in many ways and a depression that I had for a long time had gone away thanks to that show.

I felt the magic was there in the first four seasons being that I was watching the show in the last three years of Grade 12 repeats in high school. College was when I watched Season 5 and the beginning of Season 6. By that point, I felt the magic still held on, even if some of the magic was settled down. Season 7 was fine, and the movie was good as well.

Season 8, I felt was alright, but I could sense at that point the magic that made me hold onto the show was fading away. There were a few episodes aside from the Kirin episode (which I really loved) that I would end up losing interest in easily. I think it was this year during Season 9's final mid-season hiatus where I finally just realized the magic was gone because I wasn't thinking about the show anymore or rarely. Will I finish the final season? Yes, I plan to. No, I'm not interested in watching G5 in the next two years.

I never thought I would ever get this far with the remaining fandom, even if the numbers of bronies have greatly declined over the years and the viewership ratings have sunk through the floor. Am I sad that Friendship is Magic is ending its course? Yes I am. However, it was never meant to run like the Simpsons or SpongeBob for that matter (which I used to be a huge fan of, but since have moved on after the 2004 film). Had a Season 10 been announced, would I watched it? I'm not sure as the decision to end it with 9 was already finalized, and I knew this was coming since the 2017 leaks.

Still, glad I got to watch and experience the show. I thank Lauren Faust and everyone at DHX for that.

In regards to Learning To Live, it is almost over. I still have a few chapters left until the book is closed. Like other ideas I've had to cut, I ended up cancelling future sequels to that story that I thought about doing, but never really had a thought motivation for. So yeah... there will be no sequels.

I will be finishing the story on FanFiction.net. It unfortunately will not be finished here, but feel free to check out on that site. Sorry to say that it is cancelled here.

I'm rather eager to finish it, as I feel that I am moving on to different things. You know what they say though, all good things must come to an eventual end.

I'd like to thank everyone for reading the story in advance, and respect my wishes for my future ahead. It is a little scary, but even at 26 years old, I welcome the way to the unknown of things yet to come.
