My mother got a job. She sucked it up and put in for a job with a call center and, from what I'm overhearing, she got it. Now we just need to find a house or an apartment that's pet friendly so that we can get out of my aunts house and I can have my own room and all of my stuff. BUT... I'm overhearing them and the way my aunt is talking I need to give my mom 90% of my paycheck and only keep a little for myself.
To me... that's bull shit because I want to get a car one day, so I don't need to monopolize mom's car to get to and from work. To get a car, I need to have MONEY, which means I can't be giving her 90% of my paycheck. 50% at BEST. Hopefully, when we get our own place, she won't follow through with what my aunt says and agrees with 50%. I need money for ME so I can be able to one day afford a car and have the money to get my lunches for the week. I'm not going to give her 90% of my paycheck. 50% is THE MAXIMUM I will give.
So... in short, the good news is my mother got a job so we can get a house and I can have my shit. The bad news is my aunt wants me to fork over practically my whole paycheck because "I don't need money if all I do is play on my computer."
