Story Idea:

So it all starts right after the Friendship Games, When Vice Principal Luna decided to bring home Twilight, Luna finds out what shocking, Twilight is home alone almost everyday because Shining Armor is in College struggling to pay the bills, job, and even care for his little sister. Most shocking part is Twilights have to take care of Spike, to makes sure he eats and healthy. When Twilight reveals that her parents are dead. It's up to Luna takes charge with the help of her sister.
Will Twilight accept the helping hand? Will she let her brother take care of her?

It's an interesting idea, to say the least. One thing you really need to explain is how Sci-Twi's parents are dead while Pri-Twi's are alive and well.

You may also want to rethink/rephrase this:

So do ever know about Sci Twi's parents? No we don't, she might be a orphan.

By this logic, all the girls are orphans. To my knowledge, none of them even mention their parents.

You're better off asking "What if Sci-Twi was an orphan?"
