) I can safely say that My Little Pony: A New Generation was great!

New MLP Movie announced · 4:36pm Feb 15th, 2019
Check it out, guys! Hasbro's announced a new MLP movie for 2021 at the New York Toy Fair! In 3D/CGI form too!
Whether this'll be an entirely new movie tying into G5 or a sequel to the 2017 movie isn't stated, but hey, exciting nonetheless!
If it's a sequel, I'm hoping Tempest's villainous actions won't get swept under the rug and she actually goes through a redemption arc similar to Sunset, where everypony in Canterlot still distrusts her. Like, maybe they only see her as Tempest Shadow and refuse to call her by her real name Fizzlepop Berrytwist, prompting her to prove she's changed and truly earn her redemption.
16th Feb update
Scratch that, folks. It's not a sequel to the MLP Movie. Whether this means it'll be a standalone sequel or a completely different My Little Pony movie, still no word.
I'm more excited for the Dungeons and Dragons and the G. I. Joe movies than I am for the MLP one.
Wow, how about that!
Now admittedly, I'm not sure if they'll bring Tempest Shadow/Fizzlepop back, but that's just me. (You could do a pretty good story out of her trying to adapt to life and make amends for her deeds, but being hampered by all her villainous training and lack of social/friendship skills... but at the same time I'm a bit stymied as to a good threat that she would have to face in such a situation. Hmm...)
Mainly I just hope that whatever story they have, it'll be good.
