So About My Future Stories...

Greetings everyone past, present, and future who will read this. As I am currently writing this my only stories on this site are; An Afternoon With Rain, a short story I wrote about my take on stormy afternoons. The other is The Mirror of Souls, a Dark Souls based crossover that spans several years as my only long-term story. It has been completed, deleted and begun re-writing as an entirely different tale, put on hiatus, and picked up again. Just a huge fustercluck of a writing and reading experience. Somewhat regrettably I am writing this blog to say that the story has reached a point of...drag? Like the air drag from a plane or when you are biking. While I can, (and will), continue to work on the story of Damien, Yira and the rest, the intensive spark that drove my inspired spurs of midnight writing are few and far between. Finding the path that the story will continue on is tough and more a trial than an enjoyable experience, even if I do love my characters.

So, this blog is for those of you who love my writing for my writing (which will only continue to improve and be less cringy like the beginning of TMoS is) and want to see something new! I currently have...three? Yeah, three different stories cooking at the forefront of my hyperactive brain. Anyone who decides to read this, I would appreciate if you just quickly voted for what you would prefer to read from me. Multiple votes are okay as well!

1. A Halo ODST crossover.
The music from the Halo series has always been one of the most gripping and emotional parts of Halo, one of my favorites being the somber theme that always played as you explored the ruins of the city as an ODST. Just listening to it and other music from Halo series fills me with the urge to write and experience their story yet untold!... Anyways, if a grim, dark, hopeful, and inspiring story of Equestria being attacked by the Covenant and ODSTs coming to save them sounds like your preferred carbonated beverage then simply saying [ 1. ] below would do the trick.

2. A Mage VS. Equestria story.
Not a crossover, although certain themes could be seen and like my other stories in the future and the one above, it will contain music I find fitting. It would be essentially a mage from a different world trying to live in Equestria, but as I prefer everything wouldn't spontaneously be amazing when they meet the locals. Expect lots of conflicts, fight scenes, in-depth magic mumbo jumbo, biscuits, and gore. I should mention this story and the one above will be rated Mature for violence, gore, language, and what-not.

3. The Court Case of The Hay Bale Explosion.
Already a story I've begun cooking up, it would be either a multiple branching paths story of investigative measures, or a more Phoenix Wright sort of court case trial with shenanigans, twists, and secrets. Featuring Twilight's father Night Light! Also taking place before Luna's Return. Also, by multiple branching paths, I mean that the COMMENTS in the story will directly affect how the story progresses, based on what the readers deduce or decide. A.K.A, a choose your own adventure. I don't believe there are stories that have tried to incorporate this, probably because it has a high chance of not working out.

4. Shut your stupid face and finish The Mirror of Souls, with an edit of the beginning cringy chapters as well!
If this is how you feel then say so. If that's what people want then I will force myself to crank out the chapters. Just be wary of decreased quality. Writing should be done as an enjoyable experience that gently eases the story from your mind like a spool of thread. Not hammered out onto the paper (or keyboard in this case) forcibly from one's mind into a sloppy mess. At least, that's my opinion. Again, I will try to keep writing TMoS when I can/feel like I should, but part of me wants to try to branch out a little from the Dark Souls theme.
