First Awakening · 5:17pm Aug 9th, 2018
Ghost awoke to a massive headache and a sore body. He groaned as he sat up in a soft, felt-like substance that had comforted him in his unexpected slumber. Rubbing his head, Ghost slowly opened his eyes, taking on the brightness of the world around him slowly, trying to not harm his retinas. 'Strange use of words...' He thought to himself as his eyes adjusted to the brightness of the overhanging sun. He was able to finally get a good glimpse of where he was.
A field. Filled with smooth grass and blooming red and yellow flowers that gave a sense of calm and happiness, though it wasn't really working on him as he continued to look around. The surrounding field continued onwards into the horizon in every direction, with it ending at a line of trees in one direction and a small, unfamiliar village in another. 'Weird...' He thought. 'None of this is familiar at all... Where the heck am I? Why am I even here?' His questions started to burn inside his head as every little thing became an enigma to him. This was nothing like his home...
'Home! Crap! I've got to get back! My friends...' He quickly stood up... Then regretted doing so as his body wasn't fully ready to stand on its own yet. Ghost hissed in pain as he denied his body the rest it needed at this point, his head throbbing with pain as he stood up straight. "Can't stop now... Need to know what is going on..." He said to himself, glaring at his own figure as he began to walk towards the town.
Then he tripped on something in the grass that sent him flying towards the ground, smashing right into the dirt. His body screamed at him again for his unfair treatment of it, which he simply ignored, looking back over at what tripped him. A small figure laid in the grass, unmoving. It had a white fur coat with darkish brown hair and a yellowish stripe, however, the white coat was tainted with splotches of red, possibly blood, and its ear had a tear in it.
Ghost looked at the figure with interest. It looked... Familiar...
Like how it looks so far
