Signal Boost: An elephant never forgets

I discovered this fandom a little more than a year ago. I've never attended a con of any kind. I don't do well in large groups of people, so that's my main reason for not attending. However, as a woman, I've also spent my whole life living with the possibility of exactly the events described in this post happening to me, and that is another reason why I stay home.
