Idea and Things About Writing

Okay... so, I am not new at writing. I have been doing it for several years and have been making up stories *THAT ONLY I READ*. I HAVE NEVER wrote a fanfic before so this was new to me. After reading over my first story Chapter 1 - 4. *Four is done just hasn't been released.* I realized what a bad job I did. So, I will still continue that story but I will write another and work on the two at the same time. My GWPM (gross words per minute) is 50 btw.
I ALSO HAVE AN IDEA ON MY STORY! I might get one of my friends to give me ideas for a chapter or something like that.
Anyone know what KOTLC? If not then research it. *Keeper of the Lost Cities is the best book series EVER!*

Edit: It is so annoying to fix mistakes because I click on something to edit it and the letters in front of the word disappear so I have to retype the entire paragraph again. IT IS SO ANNOYING. I can copy and paste it into a word doc so it can catch my mistakes but I cant copy and paste it BACK into this website. So, that means I have to go back and forth between the two and edit all my mistakes. Then retype the entire paragraph that the error was on. So, ANYHOW I know that there are errors here and there but I DO NOT have 5 hrs. to retype the entire thing, although much effort is put into fixing the things I choose to fix.
