More updates and thoughts of MLP · 9:38pm Nov 2nd, 2017
So if you haven't noticed by now, I am have a made a few updates to Creatures of Deception, and and though it doesn't fit with the chapters that come after the most recent updated chapter, those to will be worked on so the continuity is solved. Expect the next chapter of Earth's Etude soon, I've started the second chapter a few months ago and it is soon to be completed.
In other news, I want to say that magic in Equestria is fascinating. It really is, but has strange and powerful it is, we know next to nothing about what magic actually is to its most fundamental basics. And with our understanding of modern science and physics, I am planning to explain magic of Equestria while integrating our understand of physics, inspired by Stephan Hawking's book 'A Brief History of Time'. While this is no easy feat, because physics in Equestria makes nothing to no sense, I believe that I can explain magic which will solve everything wrong. Don't expect me to somehow figure out the math behind this phenomenon, since we don't have actual statistics to go off than pure speculations.
So it has been a month since the movie came out? I just want to give my thoughts on it, and I really did enjoy it. I didn't go in with high hopes, but upon the first watch I though the movie was alright. I then went and watched it again, and I thoroughly enjoyed it until the third time where I just hit the zone. I like the animation, it is more fluid and has so much more detail both in the foreground and background of the scene. Also, the songs in the movie are just great. I rate the movie 8/10.
As good as the movie was, it didn't feel like it had a developing plot line. The characters were doing the same throughout the entire movie, just in different scenarios and meeting with different characters along the way. I also wish that we could've had more screen time with the Storm King, he's a fun a character who just needed more time for the audience to really soak in his essence. But yes, fun movie, would watch again.
Anyways, that's all from me for today. Have fun and enjoy life.
