First off, I've been thinking about making a One Piece and My Little Pony crossover. Something of an AU where Luffy and his crew live in Equestria.
Second, I wanna do a Tempest-centric story that takes places after the movie. Nothing too big, just a one-shot.
What do you guys think?

That's the problem.
4708483 To be fair, I've already done the idea myself. Granted, with some additional things (Twilight blood sister to Luffy, Ace, and Sabo etc.). Had the Straw Hats fight Discord, and some of the Mane Six fight CP9. Mane Six join the Straw Hats. The list goes on.
You could make an island of ponies in the One Piece world. You could do a reverse Equestria Girls thing only with One Piece characters entering Equestria. The Mane Six trying to fix a friendship problem in the One Piece world.
