A thought I was having, zero people who read this. First off, in the stories with female-female pony shipping, I don't really like it when they pull the whole Homophobia card. Now, I can occasionally tolerate it if the pony exposing it is a background pony, because they have no canon personality and therefore you're not trampling over anything. If I can be honest by personal head-canon of Equestria doesn't have that problem very much, for reasons I won't get into here. What really gets me though, is when they make one of the Mane 6 homophobic. No. Just no. The common target for this is Applejack. I'm sorry, but what? She's a little traditional, sure, but she isn't the kind of pony to get super-mad about stuff like that.
This kinda relates to a funny fic I was reading a while back, where part of the comedy came from Fluttershy hating porn and protesting against it and stuff. Again, maybe it's just me, but Fluttershy is the last pony I would expect to protest something, even something like that. Again, just my weird point-of-view, and I'd love to hear if one of you zero people out there disagree.
Shipping is terrible.
