New Story- The Rise of a New Power

Hello everypony I am writing a new story, telling the tale of my OC, Cosmic Flash, and his life in Equestria after a rumor lets out about an unknown alicorn living in Equestria. I will be releasing the prologue soon, chapter 1 will shortly follow. Please don't expect anything very long, as I am new to writing and am trying my best, I hope you enjoy the story.
