KOTOR 2, Part 1:
* 5 years after the events of the previous story (around season 7), Twilight begins to have recurring nightmares - a combination of Revan's memories and screams. She finds out Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie have been hearing the screams as well and they decide to investigate.
* The Mane Six, aided by Starlight Glimmer, the friendship map and the Force, manage to transport themselves to the source of the screams - Katarr, where they find ruined buildings and the landscape littered with bodies, including Masters Vandar, Zhar and Dorak, and Jolee and Juhani. They also find that the world itself has become a void/wound in the Force.
* After being ambushed by a group of HK-50 droids, assassin droids modelled on HK-47, they are found by Bastila, the droids' original target. Surprised, wounded, yet happy to see them, Bastila takes the girls to Coruscant, filling them in on what has happened since the death of Malak. After the war, barely a hundred Jedi remained, and then that number suddenly began to dwindle from attacks from bounty hunters and some unknown threat, some legacy of the Sith. The Jedi Council summoned the remaining Jedi for a meeting on Katarr, where they hoped to find the threat stalking them, aided by the native Miraluka colonists. But then they, and everything else living on Katarr, suddenly died. Any remaining Jedi are now in hiding. Bastila went to Katarr to investigate what exactly had happened when she was attacked by the assassin droids and found the girls.
* They arrive on Coruscant and are met by Carth, now an Admiral. The girls are filled in on what happened to the rest of their old friends. Mission and Zaalbar started building an import/export business, T3-M4 was sent by Bastila to find help across the galaxy, HK-47 was sent along with T3 so the latter could keep him in line, and Canderous has disappeared completely. Bastila and Carth decide to let the Mane Six rest and contemplate what they've learned before filling them in on the political situation...
