List of Works to Do

Well, well. This seems like a good thing to devote the first blog post ever to. Not that it'd serve much purpose beyond being a list of reminders, but, eh. Who knows?

Works Yet to Be Completed

- The Life and Times of Caughlin Mare
My first attempt at an epic fanfic, and my first one on EqD. Essentially a fic that describes the Discordian era for the crapsack world it is, makes Derpy the most amazing character ever, and a whole lotta backstory for the major players of Equestrian history. You can find it via a quick search, but be warned - it's nowhere near complete, and has been in that state for about a year.

- Pipsqueak the Valiant's Adventure Journal!
My first attempt at the /fic/ Write-Offs, and the one that got me into writing journal-style fics. Also got on to EqD, despite breaking a ton of readability laws (artistic license and in-character writing if you want to give it a nicer name). It's exactly what it says on the tin, except not really. Volume 1 is all about innocence and the exploitation of a child's limited POV. Volume 2 will be more of the same, except with more epic!Lucky Die. It's slow in the making, but still hanging on the edge of the backburner, unlike TLaToCM. It probably helps that Volume 1 is standalone.

- Creature: the Series
A series of shorts through the limited POVs of Equestria's many species. Part of "Hiearchy of Reality" was assimilated for the changeling section. Seemed like a good idea at the time, until writer's block hit and it never fully recovered. Perhaps changing directions would bring about a revival. Hmm.

- Teatime for Celestia
Current project, where Celestia reflects on a cup of tea. Possible adaption of the other half of "Hiearchy of Reality" for future sections. Brooding mystery dark adventure fic thing, with rash!Celestia, my favourite portrayal of her. This has a higher chance of getting done than the above three, since part of the motivation is to get it on to EqD - not very high, but still.

Completed Works Needing Editing

- For the Love of All
I feel kinda bad for having left it untouched for so long. I do plan to touch it up, though. It won't be going places, but it's something I wrote, and something someone gave me relatively extensive editing advice for, and that matters. It's like the foal Fluttershy of my collection. Partly because Fluttershy's the main character.

Ideas Yet to be Started

- The Life and Times of Edwin Gray
A friggin' HiE fic, and spiritual counterpart to TLaToCM (not even finished with it and it has its own spiritual counterpart. Hah). What makes it different from the rest is that 1) it's played out in pre-Discordian times, 2) said human is from 1999, 3) said human is put in charge of a monster that looks suspiciously like an infant Discord named Harmony, 4) said fic will have Gummy as a cover pic, which implies a good deal of deliciousness. The reason why it hasn't been started yet is the same reason why TLaToCM hasn't been completed. That, and I'm thinking of doing Pinkie-breaks-the-fourth-wall-metashipping fic. Nah, I kid, I kid.

- Touhou Umaterasu
Working title. Something or other due to Yukari and gaps, and something or other and ponies. Yeah, there's not a lot to see here.

Epilogue will be released this Friday, in fact, so now you don't have to worry about cliffhangers!
