Twilight's brother

There's a story on here that I read a while back where twilight had another brother, but he was abandoned somewhere and ended up being adopted by two ponies. And years later after twilight become's a bigshot national hero, he's running a tech company and she ends up meeting him. Can anyone tell me what that stories name was? I've been wracking my thoughts trying to find it.
