Updates, where I am, info on the story & self insert

So, I have begun work on that promised Vinyl Scratch and Sunset Shimmer shipping fanfiction. It will take a long, many months to complete, but I am dedicated to making this a thing. I want to make this fanfiction the best it could possibly be, as I am attempting to be the first to sail this 'Shining Record' ship. I have two editors on my team (along with an extra, in case I need her).

The plan for editing goes somewhat like this-
After I finish a chapter, I will email it to the friend who I need to edit it. It'll then bounce to my second editor, who will just make sure that things are pleasant. (Notice that the first editor will get the brunt of the job, so thanks Gavin). Editor No. 2 will send it back to me, and I'll fully read it over. We'll do this 2 or 3 times per chapter, just to make it the best quality possible. Every 10 chapters, I'll write a self-insert intermission (Hence why the self-insert tag will be on the story) explaining everything that's going on and why it's going on. That won't be edited as it isn't really canon to the content of the story, but just a recap. That'll save me and my team both time and time. What you thought money was gonna be involved? Pssshhh, no way. Continuing the plan for editing, after the story is completely written and has been edited, me and my editors will each read through the story individually. It'll be around 35-ish chapters long, meaning that there will be 4 recaps (the fourth one being the epilogue/ending recap). We'll all share the document when that happens, so we can all edit the same thing. Once we finish, I will make the story and provide you with weekly updates after I make the song. That's right, I'm going to compose a song for this. I'll need some volunteers/hire some people (hahaha I lied about not spending money on this) for singing, but it'll be after this entire writing and editing thing is done. Don't worry about that yet, I'll talk about that in this blog. Anyways, that's the plan for editing. Let me tell you info on my self-insert next.

Self-insert-
As I have stated many times before, I will be making this somewhat of a self-insert fanfiction. This will be both in-story and in the recaps. Now, I won't be much of an important character in the story, as I won't have much effect on the plot. I will be interacting directly with the characters, but as I have said, no direct interference with the plot. My appearance in the story will only be for one thing and one thing only- Mr. Discord was brutally murdered, off screen, in the kitchen with a candle by Mr. Mustard. Definitely canon to the story. Anyways, enough with the jokes, I will be taking the place of a teacher in CHS. That was a major spoiler, but that's all I've got. As for the intermissions, it'll be a short 500-2,000 word recap of what went on in those past 10 chapters. That's all I have on this topic, let's move onto cover art.

I'll be making it with my definitely good artistic skill. Well, first I'll be looking for people who will help me for a reasonable price. That's all I have for that.

Song-
Ah, we finally got to the topic that I have been waiting for. For this fanfiction, I will be making a song to go with the final chapter of the fanfiction. I have experience with making digital music (for those of you thinking I'm the actual Andrew Hussie, no, I just make music on soundcloud) so this will be somewhat of a challenge to incorporate lyrics with it. As I am not a good singer or a pretty lady, I will be either taking volunteers or I will hire someone I know on soundcloud. That's all I have to say on that.

Being gay, lesbian, bisexual or transexual in this world are somethings that aren't portrayed as normal by society (I know I didn't english well there, shut up and let me finish). A lot of people are against the LGBT, and sometimes downright hate anyone who is LGBT. I just want to say before I go, that shouldn't stop you from being you. Be whoever you want to be. Gay? Amazing. Lesbian? Awesome. Bisexual or Transexual? Excellent! You be you no matter what anyone tells you. I know that Sunset and Vinyl will try their damn hardest.
