Out of all the mane 6, it's hard for me to specify which one is my favorite. However, it's easy for me to rule it down, though, to two of them.
Applejack and Fluttershy.
With Fluttershy, she's just such an awesome pony. She is shy but also has a more bold side that can kick someones butt if it needs too. She's a greay, inspiring character who still has flaws, whom I see as the perfect character material.
Applejack, on the other hoof, is more independant and headstrong. She is a family pony, and I can relate to her on that level. With Fluttershy, I relate to her on the basis of that she feels similar personaly to me.
For me, favorite characters are often those I can relate to, so both of these characters hit it for me.
