Happy New Year! My 2016 Recap!

Wow! What a very controversial year this has been! Almost nothing was good outside of movies and T.V. But aren't we all happy this is all over? Let's recap what I thought was good and what was bad.

First was that I have a new record of movies watched in the theater. Eight. Six were good and two were... meh. They are:

Deadpool (Awesome, 7th favorite movie ever)-

Batman vs. Superman 3D (one meh)-

Zootopia (This was my anthem of the year! Also my first Disney movie I've ever seen in theaters excluding Pixar)-

Captain America: Civil War-

Finding Dory-

Suicide Squad (Second meh)-

Doctor Strange-

And Star Wars: Rogue One-

Now on to what made me feel upset, My most notable 2016 deaths. So many people I've always loved and wanted to meet have died, David Bowie, Prince, Carrie Fischer, Debbie Reynolds, and the one where I drew the line, Gene Wilder! May they all rest in peace.

With that out of the way, I have four favorite highlights that would change my life! I thought I would never do these in my lifetime! Starting with Billy Joel live! My first concert experience and with my favorite living musician! I sang along, Piano Man was crazy, and an overall good time! Second, BronyCon 2016! I met so many famous bronies, bought cool merchandise, and had the time of my life. I might not go next in 2017, but there's Trotcon 2017 I'm leaning forward to! Third, graduating high school. And using a song from a movie I grew up with (check an earlier blog on that) I was great! Fourth was that there were so many anniversaries for famous franchises and discovery of new shows I've started to watch. My favorite anniversary was the 20th anniversary of Blue's Clues. Shows I've started watching include, The Loud House, We Bare Bears, Milo Murphy's Law, Steven Universe, Batman TAS, Batman Beyond, Static Shock, and Torchwood.

Well that about does it! Hope 2016 will be a better year!
