This isn't original but it bears repeating.
I'm not looking to talk politics. I firmly believe that politics has no place on an mlp website. But civic duty does. So if you're 18 and you live in the US, then make sure you know where your polling place is, and what your day is like on Tuesday so you can find some time to vote. It matters. I don't even care who you vote for, (or at least I'm not looking to start a fight about that subject).
Twilight Sparkle would want you to.
Why vote when there aren't any good choices?
Thanks for the encouragement. I mail in my ballot, so I've already submitted it (for better or worse) and can't be swayed one way or the other. In a way, it's liberating to no longer stress about making my voice heard (especially in this election).
4288577 Because in addition to the presidential race, there are also local elections which are also (if not more) important.
4288577 Because local elections/ ballot initiatives
Because whatever your views are one candidate is closer to them
Because if you don't vote your saying to politicians that it doesn't matter what you think.
