Here is the situation: I went up to my cat, Midnight, and picked her up to give her a little bit of affection. one minute she is just purring in my arms, the next she's CLAWING ME IN THE FACE!!!!! I literally had to pry her claws out of my face so I could put her down. What scares me the most is that she nailed me within an inch of my eye. She actually drew enough blood for it to drip down my face!! Though I admit this isn't the first time she clawed me in the face nor will it be the last, it still shocked the hell out of me that she did that.
But anyways, I should have my revisions to the first chapter of my story "Rise of a Reaper" done by either tomorrow or the day after, depending on how busy I am tomorrow.

Damn you and your ability to write faster than me. My cat was really nice to me before he died, when I was a baby I pulled his tail and he didn't even claw me once, not until I was about two did he even start giving warning swipes.

359884 In my defense...I was pretty good in my English class. I actually once finished every portion a test in middle school called the WASL (Washington Assessment of Student Learning) with an above average score with the portions being Reading, Math, and Writing.

That sounds like the UNSW (University of New South Wales) test, I recently got my English one back with a distinction and being in the top 3% of the students that participated. Remember that states are much bigger here in Australia.

Not really, the UNSW test is bullshit. 80% multiple choice and the english test has a bunch of questions with answers that can be interpreted differently from comprehension in the texts provided. In school assignments I usually just get Bs, most of them are essays though, I am not good essays, so not good that I am getting tutoring soon.
359904 I hear ya. About the tutoring, that is. I'm actually really good at essays. In my English class at CBC, our final was a 2000 word essay that I finished in about an hour and a half. It probably helped that the prompt was "What is the best/worst movie you have ever seen? Give three reasons to support your answer." All I did was say that the movie had a lot of action, memorable characters, and an awesome storyline. Most of the essay was taken up by a FULL run through of the movie's storyline.

If I was in that situation, the hard thing would be choosing the movie. Now if it had been a tv show, I could do it for MLP: FiM no sweat. I can't physically write 2000 words in such a short time, let alone a full hour, my writing hand is really slow. Typing is better, but only barely.
359914 The movie I ended up choosing was called "Bleach: Fade to Black". It's the third Bleach movie. And since we were given a weekend to think the prompt over, and since I arrived to class 2 hours early because of the bus, I ended up just watching the entire movie before class started, which made the essay a lot easier to write since the movie's events were still fresh in my mind.dl.dropbox.com/u/31471793/FiMFiction/emoticons/misc_Rainbow_dealwithit.png

359925 Actually, it was a College course end-of-quarter final. At my school, Columbia Basin College, we go by a quarter system instead of the normal semester system, so we go one quarter, short break, another quarter, another break, and so on. The course was English 98, which I found out towards the end of the quarter that I didn't need to take it and could have gone straight to English 101.
But the class was easy and what's better than an easy class? Anyway, it's 12:50 here, so I guess I will talk to you later. G'night.
