Should I Sell Out My Neighbor For Using Phone? · 1:49am Aug 30th, 2016
There's this one kid, I swear, who is ALWAYS on her/his (think his) phone, texting to someone. It bothers me so much, and I despise it. I feel like I should sell her out to the teach, not in the middle of class, but via g-mail. At least tell her to keep an eye or something.
Should I, or would that make me look bad? I don't mean to be teacher's pet, not at all, but I do get distracted, being that she texts it almost right next to me.

In my own opinion, I would wait until after your class is done and tell the teacher.

Hmm, if it REALLY bothers you, wait for later and tell your teacher and ask that you are kept anonymous
If its a cool kid than no, those blood suckers always find out.
If you haven't already, wait til the teacher is done talking, nudge him on the shoulder and tell him that it's a distraction and it's bugging you. But make sure you are careful on how you word it.
