It's strange. I would have expected more people to have commented here. Well, I guess it means the chance of being judged went down from 2% to 0%. I have a bunch of problems. That sounds like the right way to start. I am diabetic. I have a therapy turtle. Seriously, her name's Turbo. And now the reason I decided to come here. I am socially awkward, and now I like someone. At first it was just a crush but that was more than while back. She is my best friend, and knows how I feel, but keeps saying "I love you as a friend." At first when she'd say that I was hopeful, but now when she says that it hurts. My family isn't much help, and turtles can only do so much. So yeah there we go. I'm the socially awkward turtle addict with diabetes.

4423248 I understand where you're coming from. I am also fairly socially akward, but from my time on here, that has decreased drastically. If you want to improve that, I would suggest that you continue to use this site, and try using the Equestria amino app. Branching out is a great way to become less socially akward. I don't have much experience with dating but if she feels like she's the one, keep trying. I know that this probably seems like me trying to solve your problems. To tell the truth I am ecstatic that someone replied to this post and now I just need to figure out the best way to respond, so I ask you to forgive me if you are offended in any way. Remember stay positive and I hope that you have a nice day.

4423333 Thank you for responding, I was a little worried that this had been abandoned. Your advice was really helpful and I'm not offended at all! So don't worry about that. To be honest, getting it wrote down here helped some already. But it's just so confusing, she says that been doesn't act like that. She has been very affectionate (if that's the right word) with me and not with other people. It's not a major difference but it's noticeable.
