    Alive

I'm alive! I've just returned to my weeb ways. Like an addict I reverted to old habits by watching something.

After many years of people trying to convince me to watch Sailor Moon, I watched it. I liked it more than I thought I would. Uranus is my spirit animal. Anyway after that I watched different anime since I was out of work for a few months.

    Dear Future Me

    Dear Future Me,

Please write something good. It's okay to laugh at your own jokes once in awhile but this is ridiculous. Don't be afraid to be serious once in awhile.

    Love,

    Status Report November 2016

So as of today I have several unfinished stories and several projects in the works. Before people ask me when I'm going to update them, let me say this. I work at my own pace and I work whenever I am motivated to do so. Don't ask me to release a new chapter, if you do I will end the story in a Red Wedding sort of way, and nobody likes it when their favorite characters die. Okay I lie, I won't do

    The Curse of the Throne

I've noticed as I work on my current project that a lot of my inspiration is drawn from the show Game of Thrones. One part in particular is based off of Stannis Baratheon's defeat at Winterfell. As I work on this chapter I noticed that I drew some characteristics from Daenerys Targaryen and Jorah Mormont when it comes to a relationship referenced indirectly in the story. Need some convincing...

So you've probably wondered if I'm ever going to finish the story of AH in Equestria: The JT Hailstorm Edition. I've wondered the same thing. You see I do have one chapter in progress but it's not going as planned.

I've wondered if I should continue on, or if I should just tell you how it ends. I can get some more chapters out but it'll take some more time.

There are a few things that happen that are inspired by the hit show but I won't talk about them yet.

Part of the reason I guess is cause I have the Game of Thrones soundtrack on my writing playlist, but that's not entirely to blame. Though it is a factor. It's just a combination of being addicted to the show.

However, I must say that my story is not entirely inspired from Game of Thrones. No, I was also inspired by one of my favorite games, Fable. More specifically some of the lore comes from Fable II and Fable III. Especially if you've read A Time in Hell, that one was namely based off a part of Fable III.

There's also a small fraction that was based off of the series The Starlight Archive, namely the book The Way of Kings.

So basically it's unfair to say it was entirely based off of Game of Thrones. No, it's just based off of things that have to do with a general theme. Just like any other story I write, it has a bunch of stuff that I like. So yeah...project is coming. If you saw the leaked story that one time I jumped the gun, well it's built off of that.
