Hey, Bright Light here, something happened with my other account by the same name so I'm still here. My OC is a pegasus stallion with a black mane and tail both in the style of doctor hooves, he has a lit candle as a cutiemark, blue eyes, his cutiemark means he can enchant candles with runes and they can have different effects on others such as making someone tried or angy. If somepony wants to, make me a profile pic, I can't pay because money is tight right now.
