What really bugs me...

I've always wanted to get one of my stories featured. Like the site is saying, "Hey, everyone, this person is a good writer!" I know that probably one day it'll happen. I guess I'm lucky; two out of my six stories have gotten a bunch of comments and likes and views, and that's really what I'm looking for. And I like reading the stories from the featured box.

But it fucking annoys me when a story is featured multiple times. Then I feel like the site is telling everyone that this story is the best story on the planet. It's great for the author, but there are only so many spaces in the featured box. Give someone else a chance to get their writing in the limelight.

Then there are the amazing authors. Every time (or so it seems) they publish a new story, it's bam straight into the featured box. I see something like The Fairest of Flowers by FluffBug425 on the front page, and when I check my messages it says "FluffBug425 posted a new story 30 minutes ago". It tells me that the site thinks this person is a good author, but my stories aren't worth anything.
