Dear Fimfiction (and my followers who're probably waiting for actual informative blog posts for 2 and a half years, sorry),
I write to you to confess that I'm a back-sliding four-flusher. Since my last vaguely sanctimonious blog post about merchandise, I've discovered that I've earned some money from my job, and as a result have moderate amount of disposable income. And I also learned that disposable income can be used instead of just saved up or used for basic sustenance like I did for the last several years. As a result of that and myself getting over my closet thinking, I bought some pony figurines from Toys R Us, and from there I splashed some more cash on plushies and assorted things (Read: plushies for almost every character with some screen time). I feel so guilty and yet so giddy.
Admittedly, some of those are not 'official' merchandise. This is the rare time I will celebrate the fact that I live at the border of China (other times I curse at the smog), since I can get a hold of cheap but surprisingly well-made plushies instead of the crazily marked up ones in my previous post, and I can even buy some cheap bulk figurines from left-over unfulfilled orders towards overseas market. Blessed be to the world factory.
Now that I have impulse-bought my lifetime's worth of merch, some questions remain: whether they would fit in my room in a less than conspicuous way, and how my family would think of me when they see me swim in a sea of colorful horsies. I don't know, but at least I take consolation in that I have supported the official series by buying a part of them from official channels (Seriously, I have to run 3 Toys R Us to get all the mane six at 6.44 USD each). The others aren't even on shelves, so I had no choice but to go to Taobao.
Anyway, forgive me wallet, for I have sinned.

3886732 Cheers, mate! I'm biting my nails checking the delivery status every few hours. I wasn't even that anxious when I bought much more expensive electronics from Amazon, haha!
