Creature file #1; Owlkin

Before you rage at lack of originality, I am thinking of twists and explanations.

The Owlkin of Equis differ in small, but key ways from most. They keep to the appearance of those on Azeroth, sans the antlers, but have little power in magic. There origin is odd, in that they were made to disrupt the nature of the world by Discord, but chose to keep to themselves. Discord thought he could simply make them as raging beasts, built by fusing griffons and minotaurs, but only fled to the mountains to live in peace. As few things lived in the mountains, Discord thought they would die off, but avian lungs and plumage combined with there bulk made them able to live there. Discord was sealed before he could see what was happening, and the Alicorn Sisters did not know of them. They have a small amount of magic, but only use it to heal. They are nomadic, rarely facing danger, for they are the sum of there parts in a fight, having speed to dodge most blows, and strength to tear armor and scales.
