The Changeling Creation in my AU and a Paradox in my story. · 11:59pm Mar 28th, 2016
In my AU, where my main story will take place.
The Changeling race is the unknowing work of one Chrystal Pony some 2000 years before the founding of Equestria. This pony was cursed by a gypsy For his love-less life and view on the world, shortly after he starts to see a creature (That we know of as a Changeling Queen), One week after the curse was placed on him he wakes up and finds a creature that is similar to the one he saw before. Learning that he was the one that gave this creature (A changeling Drone) life and seeing the "Queen" again, he realities that he has unknowingly created the first Changeling. As the knowledge of how he did it is lost even to him. As time went by more and more Changeling's was broth to life by his hoof's until he even remakes himself in there image and makes the first Changeling Queen.
The paradox comes in to my story when a Changeling Queen some 3000 years later unknowingly travels back in time to the point when he had recently been afflicted by the curse to learn more about her race's origin. Do to the curse he is afflicted with and the amount of magical energy needed for the Queen to do such a long leap back in time, Only her "Spirit" is sent back and only He can see her.
This is a Bootstrap paradox... With a twist.
As the Queen from the future is the image the cursed Pony uses as he creates the Changeling Race. essentially she is the creator of her race before she is born.
