How I became a brony

Well, more specifically a pegasister. In England. And 13 years old.
Weirdly, it all started with LOLcats. My friend introduced me to them, and when on their website one day I saw they had the ICanHasCheezburger app. Well, I have an iPod Touch so I decided to get the app.
Now, this app also contains other sites such as Memebase, Rage Comics etc...and My Little Brony. I had no idea what a brony was, but I found out. I thought it was the weirdest possible thing, grown men liking this little girl's TV show. How? And why?
I just became so curious. I had to see what all the fuss was about. I looked it up on YouTube. I watched the first one, wincing t the theme tune. But it was a two-parter, so I watched the second one. Then the third, and the fourth...and I've never looked back since.
None of my friends are bronies, and when I confessed to them I was a brony, they didn't even know what it was. I live in England you see. Very few bronies. I'm keeping them in the dark about what 'brony' means, apart from one, who I can't talk to because they haven't watched the show. It's lonely, knowing you're the only brony in the school, probably the only brony in the whole TOWN. But then I read the fanfics, I look at the memes and I listen to the pony-inspired music, and it reminds me that I'm not alone. This is such a huge community of people who love and tolerate all over the world. If I could go back in time and stop myself from becoming a brony, you know what?
I wouldn't do it.
